Sadly, after working with them (previously Full Cream) for 8-9 years, I have binned their sites off.

I was a bit suspicious last few years at having invariably got 2-6k in deposits from my players each month and miraculously ending up negative RS - every time. I got over the payment threshold about once a year, totally anomalous compared with other programmes with far less activity and deposits. I must've recruited the luckiest players in online gambling.

The final straw was moving their programme from eGass to that awful Raven software.

One thing I have learned over the years is that when an affiliate programme has their software changed it is a euphemism for 'The Great Reset' and version 2.0 of the programme. This means loss of legacy stats and players, balances and most or even all of the liability the programme had.

Only once in those years has a programme ever run smoothly into its new version of software and not cost me money. It's the e-mail every savvy affiliate should dread 'We are moving platform soon....'

Further to the above post I made, a few weeks ago after dropping their casinos, they did pay the residual under-limit balance of my account, only 40 quid or so but at least they did settle it.

Perhaps I should have done what their e-mail said, move across to the new software and change my links accordingly, but my instinct still says when a programme changes ownership or platform, time to move on - less stress.

P.S. As for contacting them, it was always on Skype as using the contact email in the old eGass Superfly account interface never got me a single reply ever, in 9 years. I don't think it's even monitored. I found it easier to simply save any e-mail addies they contacted me on for other matters and use those.
