C-planet

Hi,

C-planet is not going out of business, as ive explained before, payments where late due to an accounting error, further to this about 10 affiliates have been missed.

We are not holding back any funds and everyone will be paid.
It is unacceptable to pay affiliates late but everyone will always receive all funds owed to them.

I have read all the threads on the forums and all the speculation , and accusations of unethical behaviour and some even went as far to accuse me of lieing.

While I am not condoning the accounting errors and late payments, I do think accusing me of lieing as a little unfair.

Anybody yet to have recived Julys commision will receive it in the next following days together with Augusts commison.

Regards

Ben

Guys, thank you for the last two post.

Everything is clear now. C-Planet has no enough money to pay the commissions to their affiliates and the winning to their players /as you can see here: casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/32838-letter-players-slots-oasis-casino-15.html

I would understand if Ben told me that the financial situation of C-Planet is not good and they will pay my commission with delay. Believe me, if i know that these guys are honest and they are telling the true, i can wait for the money, even 1 month! But this is a totally different story.

It takes years to build up a good reputation and just one month to ruin it, that' s the story of C-Planet.

thanks Ben for your explanation, I received July commission on the 17th of August.

I made a mistake looking at the payment schedule, my bad.

Just wondering why all those Casinomeister postings popped up all of a sudden. ???

there have been no problems for me - I've been paid each and every month on time this year, including July's payment in August

I've always been paid between the 15th and 21st of the following month

Not that I seem to be earning much now, conversion rates suddenly dropped about 6 weeks ago and the player base I built up has stopped depositing. But that's a different story.... (more to do with the economy?)

Hey ben, why was my commission only $179 when I made $206

Hi Rhonda,

Am I missing something or are you posting that you're waiting for a $27 payment to be wired to you? The fees would be more than the payment if that's the case.

Unless he's paying you another way like QT.

Daera, I don't care how they send it to me as long as I got it. for the fees, that's not my problem, if they had sent me the correct amount in the first place I wouldn't be posting about it. I would accept QT, But the problem is Ben dose not answer or respond to my emails, skype msn or Pm's. heck, I would even take it in my player account;D

My 2c on this;

C-Planet (Rushmore Group) are one of the slowest payers for affiliates.
All my payments from them so far (via Neteller):-
Feb-14th
May-17th
June-15th
July-21st
Sep... still waiting. (today is the 13th).

The vast majority of the groups I work with pay sooner - even Rival affiliates have pulled their socks up on this matter!
So I have to ask the question, should Affiliate Guard Dog be accepting sponsorships and promoting programs who pay later than say the 10th of the month?

Even more concerning is the number of delayed player cash-outs, as highlighted by the Gambling Guru earlier in this thread. It seems players only get paid when the Rushmore rep Louise gets involved because someone has complained at CM.

Again, should AGD promote in a positive light casinos who take more than a few days to pay their players?

In my opinion slow payments (to players) are one of the rotten apples that spoils the whole barrel of online casinos. :(

Good questions KK :)

Right now, I am sure, Ben is in Budapest at the convention. We always see slowness in responsiveness before and during conventions as programs tend to have a lot to get done to prepare.

For late payments, I'll talk with the folks at C-Planet when they return. All sponsors at AGD are aware that they have to meet specific criteria to remain a sponsor. One of those criteria is payment timeliness. The basic criteria are:

Affiliate Guard Dog Certifications - Platinum Certified Programs

Now - payments by the 10th of the month... Many good programs pay much later than that. Payment at or before a date should not matter - only that they adhere to their own guidelines for payment.

Payment

Hi,

I have just got back from Budapest.

Any payments that where missed for what ever reason last month will be added to this months payments which are due out tomorrow.

Once again sorry to anyone who was missed , there where around 10 affiliates, this is unacceptable but did happen.

Everyone will receive all money due to them.

You are correct that late payments are unacceptable and I am working on fixing this.

Regards

Ben

Hi,

You will get your $25, you are 100% correct this is rightly yours. However I did let you know that you will get it by responding to one of your posts.

I did how ever respond to all of your posts and e-mails because there are so many of them about the $25. If I have to pay you myself. I will do so.

All payment for August go out on the 15th so i will make sure your $25 is added.

Regards

Ben

Yes you are correct - I should really have checked their T&Cs before making my comments.
They say they pay ON the 15th (not BY the 15th).
So of the 4 payments I listed, 1 was early, one on time, one 2 days late, and one 6 days late. That last one is the only one bordering on unacceptable.

I am more concerned about prompt player payments, but hopefully Ben & the powers that be can dramatically improve this situation sooner rather than later...
