I started sending them players a few months ago. Knowing our numbers and everything, we noticed that they cheat hard in the statistics. They let the results appear a day or two and then THEY BLOCK them for 4 5 days after. When I told the famous, Norman, he decided to block our links, so we can no longer send them players.

Last week, I checked the account and found a new qualified CPA. I asked them to pay it, they told me at the beginning that the minimum to pay and 500 €. I replied that our links are blocked and there is no way to reach the 500€, so they have to pay the 280€ since they are the ones who blocked our links.

Surprise: These thieves change the deal from Cpa to RS, block the account and tell me that I have nothing to pay and there was no new CPA verified while I have the screenshot and everything.

The CPA in question was identified after terminating our partnership with the affiliate last year due to the mistreatment of our staff and difficulties in obtaining the necessary documents to process payments. Additionally, as per our Terms and Conditions, if an affiliate fails to bring in new paying customers for 180 days, their account will be closed, and the agreement terminated, as was the case with the affiliate in question.
In response to continuous abusive messages and threats, we ceased communication with the affiliate to ensure our team's safety.

It is crucial to point out we settled all outstanding payments with the affiliate before terminating the deal last year and provided proof of payment.

The proof of payment is just to continue lying when you said they are no NEW qualified Cpa and this new deposit is from last year and paid.

As per the terms and conditions (T&Cs) outlined in our agreement, any affiliate failing to bring in new paying customers within the stipulated timeframe risks account closure and termination of the partnership. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to collaborate, your account remained inactive for an extended period. This inactivity ultimately led to the closure of your account, in line with the agreed-upon and signed by the affiliate terms.

2. Payment Settlement:
After persistent challenges and delays in obtaining the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and fulfilling other requirements outlined in the insertion order (IO), we finally completed the KYC process. Subsequently, we settled all outstanding payments owed to you before the termination of our partnership. Rest assured, we have documentation (POP) available to substantiate this settlement. Additionally, it's worth noting that the affiliate confirmed the discontinuation of sending traffic to our platform. We can provide evidence of this agreement upon request.

3. Extreme Abusive Treatment Messages:
Throughout our interactions, we have encountered messages containing extremely abusive language and threats, which have greatly impacted the well-being and safety of our team members. We take such behavior seriously and have documented evidence to support these claims. This has also contributed to the partnership closure.

In conclusion, while the decision to terminate our partnership was regrettable, it was done following the terms outlined in our agreement signed by the affiliate. Firstly ask him to explain. If he refuses then publicly mention him alongside your experience, without accusing fraud etc. Simply a bad reputation goes a long way, especially if his name is mentioned.

Looks like he heads up a few companies, so calling him out for your money will be too much hassle for him, and they'll pay

Just want to point out, this is not a very Affiliate friendly term. It allows you to simply take players that were sent to the product via the work of others & you can then avoid paying them. I mean it's your choice to have this kind of thing in place, it's your business and product. I tend to stay away from programs like this. A term like that is a huge red flag for me
