Stay away from Rainbet Affiliates

Been working with Rainbet Affiliates since the beginning of last year, and managed to accumulate 3.3k players and millions in wager through our affiliate site.

On January 1st, I contacted Rainbet Affiliates after noticing that multiple new players were depositing and wagering under the code, but generating zero commissions. They said they would investigate, and two days later they informed me that our promo code had been paused due to "player complaints" about how we had been advertising. I asked multiple times for specifics, what was wrong, and if they could provide a link or example so the issue could be fixed but they refused to provide any details.

The only page we have advertised Rainbet is our own affiliate site, where all the information is up to date and honest. Their support later admitted that the complaints didn't come from our site, but from "another website". Despite all this, the code is still "paused".

In short, thousands in monthly commission were wiped out overnight from complaints about brand credibility from "another website", with zero proof provided.

Would suggest any affiliate stay away from these deeply unserious people.

As far as we are aware, you contacted one of our affiliate managers to ask why your code was not generating any revenue, and this was already explained to you.

You were falsely advertising that your code would give users 60 free spins, while no affiliate code on Rainbet provides free spins. As a result, we received multiple complaints from players regarding this misinformation. You claim this wasn't you that promised the 60 free spins, but other sites promoting your own code, which seems odd that other people you advertise a referral code that they don't own.

Due to this false advertising, which violates our terms and negatively impacts our players, we made the decision to disable all commissions associated with your code.
