Stats Down Again!

Affiliate are generally paranoid to begin with, given stats reporting etc etc is directly in the hands of the program/casinos (in most cases) they promote. These trust issues are magnifed when, in any given month, accessing stats is unavailable because of a system error.

This is certainly the case with Brightshare lately.

In the past 6 month or so, not a single month has progressed without myself being unable to access my stats due to system errors. Worst case has been 3 in one month.

I just tried to login now and received this error: Problems in system, please try again later. Code 555 (it's Thursday and BS don't work Friday or Sat).

With all the accusations floating around regarding shaving and untagging players, the powers that be at Brightshare should be making it a priority that this system does not go down all the time... just sayin!

Any ideas? Bet4You post is from 14 days ago... any update?

Also has anyone else been paid by wire yet? I have 2 different payments due by different companies of roughly the same amount, but think its brightshares that hasn't come in yet... OOps.. just saw the other thread about payment..

I don't like what I'm seeing either.

Way too many issues relating to affiliate stats, questionable chargebacks, missing players and reacurring login problems (most of which happen on Thursday, BS doesn't work Friday or Saturday), are bobbing up to the surface with this group. I can't recall in all the years I've worked with BS, so many problems occuring. Although you get the occasional login problem at most aff programs and maybe other issues too. But it has become an epidemic at Brightshare these days
