Our managers have found the missing invoice, it was missed by the accounting department which was marked as solved, we will make sure there are no other misleads. Please kindly confirm that the case has been solved.

We always try to put our partners first and have an open and honest relationship. If there are any mistakes or delays from our side, please always come to us directly and we will do everything to solve them. Unfortunately, like any system or company, there are many upgrades, and system changes and this summer for our company was filled with news. With any new developments in the system, there can be errors like this, which we take full responsibility for.

Our affiliate managers are available on Skype and by email 24/7. All messages are answered within a day and any situation can be solved. We kindly ask you to always reach out to them as soon as there is anything wrong.

Is it possible to review and make a new calculation of the "actual" comissions for Spinwise?

Perhaps, rep cud awnser on this typical question:

Let's assume I have a 50% RS deal and send 1 NDC that deposits 100€, and takes the current bonus you offer and looses is all. How much would the commissions be on this example? Let's say the player made the deposit via Trustly.

I would love to know the calculation of the commissions, in a simple way just to get a picture of how the income cud look like - roughly, if you do not mind reply on this?

As far as the commission goes (50% RS example), on the Curacao brands (Tsars, Casoo)

If an affiliate sends 1 NDC that makes a deposit of €100 whilst claming the 100% 1st deposit bonus and proceeds to lose the whole balance, your commission will be €50.

When it comes to the Estonian licensed brands (Trickz, Wisho, Winnerz):

Your earnings with the same example would be €40 due to a 20% admin fee.


Anyone is more than welcome to repeat the audit on any of our brands at any point in time.

If your commission this month is less, the amount will be added to the next month until it reaches 100 EUR.
