I think they are since payments are coming later and later. Wouldn't surprise me if they stopped coming altogether like in the case of Genesis. Something is definitely up.

All accept when it comes to their affiliate partners, who are dealing with unacceptable payment delays or not being paid at all. Does that about sum it up @Jops ?

From what SpinWise affiliates are posting, it seems this 10'th is now a ruse. Payments are later and later or not being received at all. If affiliate payments are not being paid, then...

SpinWise are in direct BREACH of their own program's T&C's.

So basically we have a paid AGD sponsor who is currently in breach of their own T&C's, and they are still a sponsor... things that make you go hmmmmm!

It's extremely bad practice to pay this late. What kind of program waits till the next month to pay their partners? Commission earned in January should be paid in February, not in March or April, or whenever you feel like it.

Either way, the 10th is coming up now so we'll see if you will actually pay or be in breach of your own T&Cs. I'm personally already annoyed and suspect you guys are having serious issues.

This won't look good publicly if you have ambitions for Spinwise.

"Almost all affiliates"? I know for a fact you guys have delayed payments in the past on many occasions since I speak to other affiliates. It's even been brought up on this thread before.

Instead of being "insulted", just pay your partners in a timely and consistent manner, and you won't see threads like this, right?

You're insulted? We affiliates depend on our commission and YOU are insulted? The 10th, by the way, is on a Saturday, so if you don't pay today, you have indeed breached your own T&Cs.

And if you want to go into details, as per T&C under the 3.4 section it is written that we pay till the 15th of the following month.

We tend to pay till the 10th and that is what we do.

Then obviously you haven't qualified (your commission was under 100 EUR) or you haven't filled in the payment details (or notified AM that you have actually done that). As I said before, we paid the July commission to all affiliates in August. There are no pending invoices for that month.
