Due to these terms:
"7g. Failure to maintain five Active Wagering Members may result in a grace period of two months, after which eligible commissions may be consolidated.
7k. Commissionable earnings continue for all transactions while the affiliate remains active.
7a. Commissions are paid according to SPININIO Affiliate Program structure, minimum 5 new Active Wagering Members per month. SPININIO may waive this requirement.

7i. CPA commissions require 5 new active accounts/month with deposits totaling 75% of the commission due.
Invoices must be submitted within the following month of activity. SPININIO may accept a latency of up to 3 months. Late submissions will be revoked."
