Hi I recently signed up to your program. I have some feedback re your sign up bonus from an experienced player and affiliate's perspective:

Frankly the sign-up bonus sucks. The wagering requirements of 70x the bonus - which is not even withdrawable - are ridiculous and more a trap than a reasonable offer (yes 35x deposit + bonus = 70x bonus at 100%). With those conditions a player depositing £100 can be expected to lose £250 on average if the slots are paying 95%.

I'm not sure if you have structured it this way so players have hardly any chance of winning, or to discourage anyone from claiming it, or are just being overly paranoid. But the end result is we'll be advising players we refer to your site not to claim it.

The other disappointing thing we have noticed is the very small withdrawal limits (1000/3000/5000 per day/week/month). The overall impression I am getting here is that you guys are running on a shoestring budget and are paranoid that a player might actually have a decent win.

    Cheers

I agree with you that the wagering requirements for all three bonus offers are very steep indeed! Affiliate programs should be certified not only based on their T&C's for affiliates but also on the wagering requirements attached to the sign up bonus, daily/weekly/monthly cash out limits. I could not find any bet limits on the bonuses offered. Spin and Win might be ideal for non bonus players but definitely not for bonus players.

I can guarantee you that we do not have the time or the personnel to run this type of process ;) We will not be adding casino wagering requirements or cashouts any time soon. Sorry.

Not a problem at all. That said you're doing a fantastic job as it is. The idea is to not only certify a casino from an affiliate's perspective but from a player's perspective as well.

We do have a bit of that as we take into account CasinoMeister's rogue list. But at this point, not much beyond.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for your comments.

We do understand that the current wagering requirements of 35 times deposit + bonus amount are a bit steep compared with other casino sites, however I do know these are under review and should be brought into line with current industry standards in the coming week. Unfortunately at this point I don’t have more info on when this will be put in place. Although the bonus amount itself is not cashable, all winnings from the bonus are.

We would like to inform you that SpinandWin.com does not have any player withdrawal limits set, the figures you listed is the daily weekly and monthly default deposit limits. As SpinandWin.com operates with an Alderney license they are not permitted to apply withdrawal limits to player account.

I would like to ask however where you got the information on the withdrawal limits.

I do hope this information finds you well. And look forward to your response.

    Regards

I received an e-mail from you, with my name in it, although I never heard of you before. I don't know how you got my contact, but for me that's spamming.

Hi, Sara. If you do change the playthrough requirements, please drop us affiliates an e-mail at least a day or two beforehand so we can update review information on our sites. Thanks! :)

That would be misinterpretation on my part. When we read the T&Cs it was unclear whether the limits applied to deposits or withdrawals, but we figured it was withdrawals as it didn't much make sense to limit deposits to such low amounts (I actually asked another person to read it and tell me what they thought). Thanks for the clarification and apologies for the misunderstanding.

If you promote Wagerjunction casinos, that's where they got your info, as it is a "sister company". If the companies are close enough to share their email database, I don't see why they couldn't just add S&W to WJ. They wouldn't have had to spam, and the people that want to promote S&W wouldn't have to sign up at another program.

    Hi all,

What we wanted to do was highlight a fantastic new opportunity to market a virgin product. As Perc pointed out we are a sister program of Wager Junction and wanted to get the word out to WJ partners first. Who better to contact than the fantastic Wager Junction affiliates.

The reason for having it on a different program and thus different sign up is that Spin and Win is on a compeltely new platform. It combines games from IGT , Microgaming and Sherrif Games whilst Wager Junction is purely Playtech and makes use of the Playtech Affiliate software.

We did look at intergrating the product but technically it was not possible. We also did not want to use the Playtech affiliate software as in our opinion it lacks a number of things and we are not able to implement any improvements on it ourselves. I hope the WJ dont read this or i am in for the high jump but i think that they would agree with me if you take a look at our stats and marketing tools area that it is superior to what Playtech offer.

I do apologise for the mail - we did not intend to cause offence - we are merely very excited about this new product that is already doing quite well.

Again i dont think that this is spamming as you are already a part of our sister program but i do not want to get caught up in definitions and will apologise again to you if you think that this is the case. I do hope though that you take a look at us.

    Best Regards
    Sara

    Hi again,

I have just been informed that the Wagering requirement for the Deposit Bonuses on SpinandWin.com has been changed and it is now 25x. This is valid from now, I will send out the amended Terms and Conditions.

    Best Regards
    Sara

Looks like this request was ignored as I just received an e-mail advising that the terms have been changed with no notice.

    Hi FictionNet,
I didn't ignore your request, I let you know at the same time I did know and the decision had been taken 5 minutes before.
