Yes, yet another one. Had an under limit amount from last year, they had paid OK first time around. So I earned enough to go over limit in June, never got paid. Spoke to the aff manager on Skype, was cooperative and did help (at first!) I pointed this out and she enquired and came back to me agreeing that the under-limit amount from last year had not been considered and in fact they did owe me a payment, the exact amount I quoted. So come end of July it had not been paid but fair enough might have missed the deadline for July when they worked it out. Was told 'payments at end of month etc.' so waited patiently throughtout August. Of course, no payment received. My last response from aff manager was 4 weeks ago on 3rd. August - "Will check with the finance and let you know." Since then I have Skyped 3 times enquiring about it, talk-to-the-hand has started, no response. No payment.

It's not a great amount, more annoying than the money involved, as it sits there on my ledger in the no man's land between wait a bit longer column and write it off column. It just amazes me how much contempt some programmes have for their partners.

Slots 'n Play - be careful if you deal with them.

Yes, I checked the account this morning and according to the info it says paid by paypal on 31st. August but no payment has been received. I don't know what's going on. Unless that means it's been SENT for payment 31-08 but hasn't been processed yet?

Yes, I've been scammed. How these programmes can be allowed to enter false info into the affiiliate account interface is beyond me. This is also what happened to me in the Scores Affiliates scam, (see thread) using the same MAP affiliate software as Slots 'n Play do. In that case, exactly like this, a bogus payment has been entered which was never paid.

I attach image from just now where you can see it states paid 31-08-23:

Oh, I am not allowed to add images from my PC so here's the text copied:

Yes, after being ignored for weeks the rep did indeed contact me and said pretty much the same as you, last week.

'get back to me with updates as we are working on processing the payment as we speak'

That was 4 days ago. Nothing received although it is the weekend now. I didn't realise sending a few quid to a Paypal e-mail address was such a major operation for an affiliate programme. They managed the first one OK last year, on time without any prompting.

Hopefully in the next 2-3 months they can overcome this strategic and operational calamity and get the long-awaited payment completed. It may take a huge collective logistical effort on their part, but I do have faith in them.

Thanks for your help thus far.

It just turned out to be more BS and delaying. Rep now ignoring me again, still unpaid 12 days later after they contacted me last with empty pledges to pay. Only contacted me probably beacuse AGD contacted them.

I still find it hard to believe a programme can adjust an affiliate's account and mark commission paid on a date when it never was. Disgusting behaviour.

If they are claiming this from the casino then they are deceiving the casino too - unless of course the casino and aff. prog. are linked to the same people.

If one holds the mindset, that every program (until proved otherwise) are thieving, lying, crooked bastards, you'll likely be a LOT more careful on what program(s) you choose to partner with.

Once you start sending players it's too late to find out they're crooks.

@MissExposé - clearly this AGD certified program has NOT kept their word, and paid the OP. In fact it seems they've also played you for a MUG. Time to remove their certification and kick them into the Doghouse!

Unless the rules have changed...
AGD certified programs are obligated to attend to, any and all queries, posted to their own dedicated AGD program forum. 19 days and not a peep in this thread by SlotsnPlay Affiliates. Now that's just total BS!

As a mainly UK-facing affiliate who deals with UKGC-licensed outfits, the occurrence of rogue programmes has been limited in my 7 years as an aff. It is unusual. I've been done out of money only 4 or 5 times. Genesis Affs (we know that case in detail on here) Casino Commission (yes, that was the name of the prog! which had a couple of white labels and vanished having never made a payment) Scores Affiliates (did the same as Slots'n Play, used the same affiliate iMAP interface and marked commission as paid which it never was then closed quietly) EMG Affs (a total scam from start to finish and the aff. prog. was clearly run by the same people as the operators to get 'free' players for a few months then miraculously go insolvent lol)

I am hoping Slots'n Play don't get added to this list of shame and deceit.

I have had a few more which have closed, but did inform me yet failed to pay commission remaining in the accounts but luckily this was below limit in every case.

I have also closed a few accounts which had a balance in and none of them paid it out, like MrGreen affs.

So after this performance they will still be certified here?

Ditto on @payme1day 's question. Surely a no response, reply and definitely a NO PAY is more than enough grounds to not only yank their certification BUT to earn then a 1 way trip, all expenses paid ride, to the DogHouse. Will this be happening or not?
