I was looking at making a deposit at the new slots jungle casino, then I read the conditions on their 100% match, everything looked good and reasonable until I read this term

Slots Jungle

5.If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.
6.Slots Jungle Casino reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is your responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.
7.The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player's are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.

This term is predatory IMO and is just Bullshit!

Hi Rhonda,

I think it's very common term in all online casinos.

I've googled that sentence and found it in dozens of reputable brands.

Kind regards,
Daniel

I never played RTG for real and never will but is there at least a warning massage when players attempt to cash out?

Daniel did you see my posts over at GPWA regarding the outrageous QT fees? You answered the spam post so I'm guessing you dodged it? :)

Hi,

The point of this term is to warn players that they will have to finish the wagering of the bonus, not to try to catch them on that. So far, we never had issues with that and i count Winpalace as well.

I don't think there is such a warning in RTG system, but in Slotsjungle, you have a counter that shows you how much you left to wager and of course the CS.

Regarding the post in GPWA: I saw it and needed to get answers from our finance, we'll post an answer soon.

5.If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.

Why don't they design the system so that it is impossible to withdraw prior to wagering requirements being met? Either that or have a warning system in place that will notify any player who attempts to prematurely withdraw that the transaction will void their winnings etc...

Surely its not because they are hoping that they will get to void winnings is it?

Hi,

I've checked this issue and it's exactly as Arkyt said:

In RTG, players cannot request a withdrawal unless they cleared the wagering requirements, cause only then the winnings + bonus enter to "withdrawable balance".
Basically, this sentence "If you withdraw..." in RTG software is irrelevant.

The T&C will be corrected.

Thank you all for the comment.

Daniel
