in last 2 months
the activities of my old players has collapsed.

I don't promote AffEurope but you should contact them first and ask why. There could be a logical reason. For example, they might not still accept players from the countries you were promoting to and so the old players are getting no new promotions and bonuses and have gone elsewhere.

They just redid CityClub home page. I experienced the opposite (unexplained increase in wages) - so I'm hoping it is the new page.

Word of warning however - they bundle casinos. So its possible *(you have to check brand by brand) that one big winner in one casino is destroying your earnings on the rest. (which is why I only push CityClub and asked them to remove any cross-marketing/popups, etc from my tracker)....

In November 2013 suddenly not any activity for 2 weeks , i wrote my AM on 15.11.2013 an mail that something maybe is not working correct .
Next day i have activitys again since nearly 3 weeks .

The Same in April , i wrote again an email since not any activity since 2 weeks on 24.4.2014 and suddenly the same day i have again activity after nearly 2 weeks .

Actually since 6 days no more activity again.

I would assume so. Usually if they tell you they are cross-promoting, that means they are tagging the player to you. If they do NOT tell you they are cross-promoting, they are usually stealing your players That's how I see it anyway.
