Hello everyone,
I recently joined the forum and this is unfortunately my first post here.

I am writing to alert the community about a serious payment default by @Trino Partners.

We started working together under a hybrid deal in December 2024, and traffic was delivered as agreed until June 2025, when payments suddenly stopped. Over the following months, the unpaid balance exceeded €50,000. In December 2025, as a gesture of good faith, we agreed to a repayment plan in installments. However, after a single payment of €7,116, the program defaulted on the remainder, leaving an outstanding balance today of €49,215.77.

What is most concerning is the explanation provided by their management (@mariia_trino, @ruslan_trino, and @daniil_trino). When we paused traffic due to non-payment, they explicitly stated that they are “prioritizing active partners” in order to “keep the system running.”

In practice, this means that unpaid affiliate commissions are being used as liquidity to support ongoing operations and payments to other partners.

Even more troubling, they attempted to condition the settlement of our outstanding balance on us resuming traffic delivery, effectively using already earned commissions as leverage to push for new performance. A predatory and unethical way to boost their cash flow at the expense of affiliates.

From an affiliate perspective, this creates a very dangerous dynamic: if you stop sending traffic because you are not being paid, your balance remains frozen. If you continue sending traffic, you risk increasing your exposure even further.

We initially tried to resolve this matter privately and discreetly, giving the program ample time and several opportunities to settle the debt. Unfortunately, they have failed to meet every agreed deadline and have now ceased communication entirely.

Given the size of the unpaid balance and the way this situation has been handled, I believe it is important that other affiliates are aware of the potential risks when working with this program.

Supporting documentation, including dashboard statistics, payment history, and communication logs, is available to forum moderators upon request. Affiliates should proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Trino Partners.

Hello @Alex Betflix.
We’re sorry to hear about this situation, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will certainly forward this complaint to the Trino Partners representatives. However, please keep in mind that since this is a CPA deal, we are unable to act as mediators in resolving the matter, due the complexities of these type of deals where fraud can be a concern and KPIs set can be difficult to assess.
Please send us your affiliate account username via private message.

Thank you for your clarification — we fully understand your position regarding CPA cases and the concerns around KPIs and fraud.

However, in this case, there has never been any complaint, warning, or indication that our traffic did not meet the agreed standards. On the contrary, both before and after the payment issues began, their team repeatedly asked us to further increase and scale traffic beyond existing volumes, which would not align with any concerns around quality.

Most importantly, the outstanding balance itself has never been disputed. The program has explicitly acknowledged the debt, which in itself we believe should be sufficient.

However, acknowledgment alone, without any indication of a genuine willingness to resolve the matter, is difficult to rely on and raises serious concerns about their reliability, financial stability, and overall integrity in how partner relationships are handled.

For clarity, all claims mentioned above — including acknowledgment of the outstanding balance, persistent requests to scale traffic, and the linkage between existing debts and new traffic — are fully documented through our communication history. I am happy to provide this information privately, as I have already done with the affiliate account details.

Hey, we've also encountered the same issue. We've been waiting on payment since June last year. We thought we have come to conclusion to have this paid by March, but both managers Nikita and Daniil have completely ignored our messages.

Did you get a response from them afterwards? All managers have blocked/ignored me on telelgram, which is disgusting.

They haven’t blocked us, but the communication hasn’t led anywhere.

The response is always the same — that they haven’t forgotten the debt and they need new traffic. At the same time, they keep asking us to approve monthly commissions so the balance continues to grow. Increasing numbers on a dashboard without actual payments is meaningless.

It seems they fail to recognize that traffic comes with real costs, including creators, ads, and operational expenses, while treating outstanding commissions as something that can simply be rolled over.

It’s really concerning to see multiple affiliates reporting the exact same pattern here.

What stands out the most is not just the delayed payments, but the consistent behavior — acknowledging the debt, asking for more traffic, and then failing to follow through while communication deteriorates or stops completely. That’s a major red flag.

The fact that several of you are being told the same thing (“we haven’t forgotten the debt, send more traffic”) suggests this isn’t an isolated issue, but a systemic way of operating. Trying to grow exposure while existing balances remain unpaid puts all partners at serious risk.

Also, asking affiliates to keep approving commissions while no actual payments are being made is highly misleading — dashboard numbers don’t cover real business costs.

Appreciate everyone speaking up here. Threads like this are crucial for transparency and help others avoid walking into the same situation.
