    Hi Wayne,

    So after covering a player's cb's starting March of 2009 I've entered the positive and have asked a few times what my earnings are and when they'll be paid.

    I was told that this would be looked into with finance on October 18th, 2010 but have had no response. I emailed again on Novemeber 18th, 2010 and still have not heard back.

    I was in touch with Wayne a few days ago -- email address is his first name plus last initial (all together) at redreturns.com.

    I had a few email issues with RR in the past -- their emails didn't always come through -- but eventually we got in touch by using different email addresses.

    Hi slotplayer,

    We have found the problem with your payment. Your name was changed from WTS a while ago and these balance have since been separate in the US casino. As the balance was less than 100 the payment was not issued. We will combine all the outstanding balances in the coming payment run.
