Watch out for Rollchain Partners. It’s a new affiliate programme, but it’s already shown its true, thieving colours...

We joined the programme about two months ago; everything had been carefully agreed with the manager regarding the remuneration terms (a hybrid commission structure). At the start of March, we confirmed our remuneration with the manager and it seemed that everything was OK... but no. A new manager arrived (btw, very uncommunicative) and we requested a commission payout and a correction to our commission balance, which should have been displayed in the dashboard (it had been showing as ‘payable’ the whole time, but then suddenly showed zero). After sending an enquiry, we received a few curt replies stating that everything was fine, the balance should be zero because some of their departments hadn’t qualified our players for commission. After sending further enquiries and requests, this new manager parrots the same replies that something isn’t qualifying, without a shred of explanation, and contact breaks off.
