RokuPartners change they terms and conditions withouth ping me and now dont want pay

I work for roku since 2023 december , and last month we have closed a deal for the same account , i get some ftds and registers and now they dont want pay !

At the same time, being transparent about your traffic sources will help create a more reliable and lasting collaboration.
What I can and will do is to notify the representatives about your complaint and let you know if there is a feedback.

Hi @CastroFM please note, that we have contacted the Rokupartners team regarding your complaint, and their position is that the account in question generated incentivized traffic, which they state is strictly prohibited under their partnership terms. According to them, this has already been communicated to you directly.
