RNR Affiliates don't pay commissions

Hey everyone! Did anyone have problems with this affiliate fromgram? They owe us commissions since September. All I hear from manager - your invoice is passed to finance team. I did not hear back from them...Any suggestions?

@spicycasinos We just received an update from the representatives and they advised this postponed payment will be done shortly.

Not paying an invoice or affiliate commission for a few days after the due date is a postponement. Not paying an affiliate their commission since September 2021, makes it four (4) months. Certainty not a little window of time as the rep would like to suggest.

What's the hold up???!!!

@MissExposé - RNR affiliates have a forum here. Why has this thread not been moved there, and more importantly, why is the Rep (AM et al), not using said forum, to reply to the OP and others in the RNR forum.

Seems a pointless giving a casino affiliate program a forum, if, they don't use it. Or, are AGD program forums only used IF it's good news, not bad news such a delayed 4 month payments?!

Update: member sent the invoice representatives requested and advised no payment arrived. We now sent a reminder email and asked what is causing the payment delay.

I already tried asking what is the reason of non-payment, but got no answer.
