I'm simply wondering me if you would accept to pay some bread that the baker made for you but cannot remove from the oven because of the oven door is broken and stayed closed, by example? Baker made the bread especially for you, but do you have to pay this bread considering you cannot eat it? Bread stayed in the oven, baker cannot sell it and you cannot eat it.

I love homemade bread...:D

But I would be really sad if I could only smell the sweet smell of it and not be able to take it out of the oven...:(

The list has been updated again :) Sorry guys. The first post is the best place to look and make your decision (IMO).

BetUS Casino is NOT a white label!!! Wow. I did not know this. As such, they will not pass on progressives nor will they pass on processor issues. BetUS has their own processors and doesn't use Rivals banning system either.

SlotsOfFortune will not pass on progressives and will update us next week on the processor issue.

iGaming.Pro is updated showing that they will also not pass on progressives.

The bottom of that list on post 1 is the list of Rivals I would NOT promote. They have made no statement whatsoever.

Quote from BetUS Partners email sent to Andy:

Could you be so kind as to post my reply on AGD? Please let me know if you have any questions.

At BetUS Partners we have the distinct advantage of knowing so many of you personally. We pride ourselves on being highly visible within the global affiliate community and are dedicated to being the most accessible and receptive team of affiliate managers in the gaming space.

Erin Argue

Andy, I'm just curious why BetUS Partners are not a vetted program here?

And also why if like Erin states in the quote above regarding their pride in being "highly visible", that she herself or another rep from BetUS Partners would not have posted that response themselves and also take an active part in this discussion and more important, the forum itself here?

Ditto for me Steve! I don't have time to fool with this much longer as I will be doing my main portal updates this week and would like to see a STAY or GO list! Thanks for the updates Andy.

Enough time has passed and I'm ready to move on. ;D

Thanks Gamtrak!!! - Yeah true - so much time wasted!!

I guess from my list it would be safe to possibly remove

400 Affiliates - This is Vegas!, Davinci's Gold
BetUS Partners - BetUS Casino
LionSlots Affiliates - LionSlots Casino

Is that about right?

Thanks Bonustreak, I appreciate hearing that, especially since I just signed up to their program yesterday...:)

I always like to see reps take an active participation role here for sure and hopefully Erin will decide too as well.

I have been an affiliate with BetUS for some time (on the sports side). They convert (for my niche) better than anyone and area always improving their affiliate program. I really enjoy working with them. :) We will have them reviewed asap.

I do recall getting an email from 400G about ANW calculations changing.
It wasn't very specific though.

I do have some emails regarding ANW dating back to sept, 22, 2006 but the one I remember wasn't too long ago and apparently I never saved it.

Either that or I need a good dose of ginkgo biloba. ;D

BestPay Partners Statement

Dear Affiliates,
In this opportunity I would like to inform you the final decision of BestPay Partners about 2 important subjects:

1- Progressive Deductions:
We decide not to charge our affiliates with the amount of progressive jackpot contributions of the period March 1st, 2009 - February 28th, 2010. As we practiced in the past, we completely absorb the progressive contributions and this stays in line with our statement of “No Negative Carry-Over”.
Regarding how this issue will be addressed from March 2010 onwards, we are still waiting for Rival´s technical details and definitions. You will be informed as soon as the information will be released to the Operators.

2- Mastercard Issue
After Mastercard unauthorized the payment of deposits at online casinos, the transactions already made by that mean were retained to be investigated.
Major part of this deposit seizures are being absorbed by us. The amount of “Bad Deposits” represents the proportion of Rev Share of those deposits.
In your backend your will visualize the retained funds as “Bad Deposits – Lost Deposits”.
In case Mastercard will release the funds, we will immediately refund them to affected affiliates accounts.
This is out of our control and we apologize for the series of inconveniences.

The Payment of your Commissions generated during February 2010 has been approved: it doesn’t include any charge for Progressive Deductions. It includes the amount of Lost Deposits due to Mastercard situation.

Connected to the previous point we consider important to explain our procedure in regards to ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS (APM): We provide numerous incentives to all our players in order for them to use APM. We proactively encourage our players to use E-WalletXpress, Quicktender, between others.

We have created special promotions such as 300% up to $1000 Bonus plus Free Chip, which are being pushed by our In House Call Center, Customer Support and Retention Managers.
We continue creating new promotions to increase the level of use of new payment methods along with increasing the level of information to our players about them. In that we are collaborating on Rival’s efforts to enlarge the offer of processors for US Players.

We also would like to use this opportunity to emphasis our In-house Management Scope. We are proud to offer to our players and affiliates:
  • In House 24/7 Customer Support and Call Center
  • In House Retention and VIP Team Management including Multilanguage Account Managers
  • In House Promotions Management
  • In House Affiliation and Marketing Team Management
Our operation is composed of leading industry experts coming together from various software providers/ casino operators, in order to offer to our customers a top of the line casino experience, and to our affiliates the most lucrative business opportunity.

Thanks for your collaboration.
Please contact us in case of further doubts.

Best Regards,

Progressives' Contribution and Master Card update

As promised, here's our final statement on the Progressives' contribution and Master Card seizure.

Please see it below, and don't forget that all affiliates that sign up for SlotsofFortune affiliate program through AffiliateGuardDog receive a 40% Revenue Share deal for the first two months!

March 16, 2010: Master Card and Progressive Slots' Contribution update

Dear Partners,

We appreciate your efforts in promoting and supporting SlotsofFortune Casino, as you are a big part of our continuous growth as a business.

Last week we informed you, that the affiliates would not be held responsible for any progressive jackpot contributions. All the contributions will be covered by the operator, and therefore you may feel secure, when promoting our progressive slots.

We are also glad to inform you, that the Master Card seizure will not affect you. SlotsofForture Casino would like to reiterate its commitment to the affiliates, and will not be passing any charges to them for the loss of the processor.

You will be refunded for all deductions, and we will work hard on avoiding any similar situation in the future. We have connected two new and trusted processors, and we’ll be constantly looking for newer processing options.

Please contact us, if you have any questions or require some assistance.

Best regards,

Natalie Stewart.

Rockbet and ThisIsVegas both sent out emails just now. They both will keep the progressive deductions and processor confiscations.

Their only recompense is to offer 5% more in commissions for the next 6 months.

Hi Everyone,

I am writing to give you all an update on the recent issues involving MasterCard and Rival’s progressive jackpot contributions. First of all I would like to thank all of you for your continued patience which helped us incredibly when trying to resolve this matter.

We have decided to increase affiliate commissions by 5% for the next six months, whether you have sent any players or not, all affiliates will receive this increase to offset any losses pertaining to the Mastercard losses.

As I am sure you are aware of Rival decided to let each white label decide whether to remove the progressive jackpot completely or continue to share it with affiliates. We have considered this and we think that the best solution is to continue these contributions as other Microgaming and Real Time Gaming use these same models.

If you wish to not to have these contributions removed from your account, I can do this for you along with a refund over the past year. Just write me an email and I will set it up for your account.

I apologize for the inconvenience; if you have any further questions about how these contributions work please let me know. The terms and conditions on the website will be updated next week for your convenience.

Sincerely,

Lina Jonsson

Not acceptable.
They are not even making the 5% retroactive.

I still have not even been paid the shorted amount for last month..

I am the only one who found this fascinating?

When John Wright "left" This Is Vegas to manage the "apparently" independent Rockbet Casino (later to become Rockbet Group) it was obvious that he still had his finger in both pies. But once he left Rockbet I assumed things would change regarding the "special relationship" between these two groups.

But here we have virtually identical e-mails from TiV under the 400 Group umbrella and the Rockbet Group, sent 3 minutes apart...
So what exactly is the connection between these two entities?
Anyone know?

As far as I know... John owns them both. Or should I say, he has leased the software from RIVAL for both casinos.

I Still have not been paid from "This is Vegas" for last month.

Anyone else having this problem with This is Vegas?

Hey Andy... It looks like RIVAL and the now the 400 Affiliates are trying to separate themselves from each other.

If people are going to consider RIVAL/400 casinos, different and separate and they pay at different times under different rules... shouldn't there be separate reporting for each casino in the 400 group?

The way I see TIV and DVG are getting away with not paying affiliates on time, at least in the reporting aspect. In the last year I have only been paid on time twice from TIV... The other ten times, like now, I have to beg for my money and constantly email asking about my payments, a REAL hassle.

These two casinos (TIV and DVG) are living off the reputation of the other two casinos in the 400 group (Coco and Paradise) that do pay on time and have not retroactively seized funds from affiliates.

New affiliates come on here and see where it says the 400 group paid on the 15th(like they should) and think the entire 400 group is going to pay on time and that is just not the case, now or in the past with these casinos.

Agreed... Paradise8 and Cocoa, run by JetSet Marketing (as I recall) are being run well and the other 2 are just living off the fame of those 2 casinos. I will see what I can do to change the payments system - but it does involve quite a bit. I will have to have separate forums as well.

 How strange!
I have always (since 2006) had all my 400 Group commission in one lump sum - all 4 casinos added together (not bundled).
Are you saying they individually pay you?

That is incorrect.
 Confused again!
I had this e-mail from John dated January 14th:
"Hi Partners,

I hope everyone has had a good start to the new year.

I want to let everyone know that I am leaving the Rockbet program to pursue other interests but I will still remain in the gaming industry. You can still contact me at my rockbetmarketing email but next week I will give you my new contact details and let you know where you can find me."

So what's the story - is he still at Rockbet or not?
