Hi NDN, Let me take a moment to explain a little better. We all know that times are unpredictable and we hope that this is an isolated and unique incident. In the last 3 years that Superior has been operating, this is the first time something of this nature has occurred. This is not just a Superior Casino issue. It is an ongoing industry issue as some of you already mentioned. The processor in question is a well respected player and was vetted very carefully. This incident happened at the MasterCard level and although it reflects badly on us all, this was something that happened suddenly and out of the processors (and our) control. We will continue to vet processors as best as we can as we have done for the last 3 years in order to provide players and affiliates with safe methods to deposit and withdraw. There are some good news by the way. A New Credit Card Processor is now in place and new Ewallets are now being implemented and will be announced soon.
