Теперь же менеджеры партнёрской программы пишут мне что администрации проекта потребовался мой промо ресурс который я продвигал всё это время и они его забирают.
Я лично с этим не согласен так как приложил много времени и финансовых затрат для продвижения этого ресурса продвижения.

Hello, dear Forum and Affiliate. Let's have a look on this situation. The promo code "Riobet" that was used by the affiliate is basically our brand name. We have a term in our T&C on affiliate program website regarding using our brand name, I will copy it here:
5.8 Using the design and brand name "RioBet" in 1,2,3,4, n - level domains is forbidden. In case of revealing this practice prior to our written consent, RioBet Affiliates may terminate Your affiliate agreement and seize to pay You any further Revenue Share from Your Referred Customers.

5.9 In case You plan to attract brand traffic and get our written consent, the Revenue share of 30% will be offered.
Since 2016 the affiliate used the promo code which was self-assigned by him. Now the promo codes are assigned by managers only. And since 2016 the affiliate received full commission, not just 30%. The fact that this promo code was used by this affiliate was in fact neglected by us, we should have noticed and controlled this situation earlier. Right now when we have a more detailed view of all affiliates we noticed this situation and offered the affiliate another promo code that can be used instead our brand name promo code that we would like to reserve for the project use. In fact each affiliate can have as many promo codes for attracting customers as they like, only promo codes containing our brand name are now reserved for the project. We believe that we can resolve this situation on a friendly note closing eyes on the fact that for many years the affiliate received full commission for using our brand promo code and offering another promo code instead.
