    CWCAffiliates DOES NOT PAY its affiliates!
    I'm am working as an affiliate with them for more than one year, they have a due payment for 3.8K for us which they are stalling since February! :mad:
    I have contacted them many times during the last 3 months, both me and my partner talked to Martyn Beacon the affiliate manager on Skype and by email, which promised over one month ago that the wire for the due was sent, it never reached our account! and he's obviously telling us stories! we have asked for the SWIFT confirmation for over two months from him, he did not send us anything just told us to wait and wait and that he needs to ask for it as you can see below:

    "[09/06/2009 18:37:30] Martyn Beacon: ok sure, i think just last months was paid out but i will sort the outstanding"

    "[18/06/2009 11:13:45] Martyn Beacon: i'd have to follow this up on monday for you to find out as the guy who paid it is not in"

    "[22/06/2009 13:06:53] Martyn Beacon: not yet i am due to speak with the guy shortly"

    "[23/06/2009 14:27:27] Martyn Beacon: that is odd, i have already spoke with the guy doing the payments and he is chasing it up"

    "[25/06/2009 14:30:58] Martyn Beacon: ok i'll try get that for you"

    Sentences like that were repeating since April, and then all of a sudden a couple of days ago he just disappeared from his Skype, probably blocked us because CWC DON'T WANT TO PAY! as it seems.

    Last I've heard from him was on the 25th, 7 days ago on email he wrote:

    "Hi Adam,
    I understand its not ideal and we apologise for the delay. I am chasing this up for you and will provide details as soon as I can. I have spoke to Jay regards to this and he is aware that I am chasing it.
    I will update as soon as possible."

    I have emailed him since then 3 times to know WHERE IS OUR PAYMENTS SINCE FEBRUARY! :mad: including income for Feb, Mar, Apr, May, but I have received no response, I have sent emails to which happens to be the manager at CWC Affiliates with no luck, as well as emails through the contact form in the website, nothing, no response!

    IT IS UNBELIEVABLE! I want my payment for our commissions! I have all screenshots from the system with the amounts that were not paid to us, I want a formal answer from Martyn what's going on here and how come we don't have the SWIFT for over 2 months now! :mad::mad::mad:

    PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH ANSWERS!!! we have waited enough!

    Posts in this forum go to the affiliate program manager (Martyn). He will be notified and post here regarding this non-payment issue. Please be patient.

    I'm sure Martyn will address this issue very soon Adamn, if I recall correctly he is on paternity leave, his son was just born on this Saturday, so I guess vanishing from Skype is because of that.

    As far as I know CWC run a good program and I haven't heard of any problems from other affiliates. Just be patient and I'm sure this will get sorted for you.

    If you have legitimately earned money with CWC, they will pay you.

    I've been patient, as mentioned before - it is not OK to wait so long, before February we did not had problems with them, we have updated our bank details with them, 2 months after we're still waiting for the payment to come.
    I have nothing personal against Martyn of course, I just want a formal answer, it's not OK to stall a payment so long which I believe we deserve after waiting so long.
    Let's see what will be the response from him.

    I have just received an email right now from Jonathan the manager

    "Martyn is currently on maternity leave, we have looked into exactly what is owed to you and we have initiated the transfer today (see copy e mail below)"
    He has been paid January to March so is missing April and May totaling $2,310.
    details for the wire are:"

    The wire details he sent me are the old ones we had, which Martyn mentioned he already updated to the new ones, and so the amount is incorrect as wire they tried to send us bounced back to them and we never got them, I have emailed him now with explanations of why the total due is 3.8K and not 2.3K, as well as with our new company bank account, I will advise here if it was resolved.

    Hi Adam, as said previously I am currently on paternity leave and thought I would check here since I just saw your email dated July 2nd saying you would post here telling everyone we dont pay unless you got a response within the hour.

    Regards to stalling your payments since February this is totally untrue unless you and your partner Jay do not communicate. I can provide you emails and Skype conversations where Jay is saying not to pay yet until you provide me your new payment details as you were changing banks I believe. This was updated on May 20th 2009 after an email from Jay.

    This is a simple case of miscommunication on our part due to the change of payment details which now I believe has been sorted.

    As Engineer said

    I could go into this a lot deeper but this is not in my nature and I believe we have been very leanient with you and your affiliate account and you will still be receiving your commissions.

    Please also advise where else, if anywhere you have posted about this, including links so that I can also update those threads.

    I am off to change a nappy and most probably get urinated on. ;D

    No where else but here..

    This complain was posted only here.
    I want to clear now that after a few emails with Jonathan, matter was solved and he claim he sent the commissions in full to the new account, we're waiting for our bank to approve this indeed was received on our end.

    Glad things are being resolved. The title has been updated. If the monies do not hit your bank account, let me know, but I suspect they are on their way.
