RESOLVED: December commissions not paid

Hi, I’ve been dealing with a payment issue for a while, the amount is small (€319.50). The manager responsible for my account responds and almost every day she assures me that I will receive the owed amount, but it has been pending since 19/02, even though it relates to the promotion for December 2024.
