RESOLVED - Commissions not paid

Hi there! We’ve been working with this affiliate program under a deal without KPI on CPA terms. From the beginning, they were pushing hard to launch traffic ASAP, later they slightly increased our cap. We sent stable traffic and did everything we agreed on.

The commission for April was approved, and funds were deducted from our balance. We requested the payout on May 14, but we’re still waiting. We are also waiting for the May commission, which hasn't been added to our balance yet.

As for our manager, she responds but never resolves any issues. It’s always the same promises: “I’ll check,” “I’ll forward it,” “please wait.” But nothing ever actually happens.

It’s been a very disappointing experience so far. Our money is on hold, and we’re not getting any clear updates. We hope this gets sorted out, but right now it feels very unreliable, frankly.
