Btw, why do we have to contact the manager to get paid? Is there any such a clause in the T&C? Secondly, it is not the first time we have to suffer from this issue... And I have noticed it's not only who have to beg for the commission earned. What a pity.

Dear partner, you requested commission payment on 3.12, not earlier. We would like to inform you that we have not had any unpaid commissions with you before. The minimum payout amount for crypto wallets is 100 euros, and only in December your balance became more than this amount, so you were able to make a request only in December.

We want to emphasise that we fulfil all obligations to our partners, and if you made a request in the current month, in most cases, the request is paid by the end of the calendar month. This is what happened with your payment — it was sent on 23.12.

When can I expect a commission payout?
Commissions are paid monthly. For e-wallets and crypto, payouts are processed by the 15th of each month. Bank transfers are processed by the 21st.

I've been approached by Alpha this week regarding coverage of their brands. Naturally, I have pointed them towards the threads at AGD and GPWA regarding slow/non-payment and insisted on an upfront payment prior to any coverage. We'll see... but there's no way I have the time to be the next affiliate posting here about not receiving payment.
