RESOLVED: Affina Partners Delays in Payments and Lack of Response

We have been working with Affina Partners for many years, and everything was always on time. However, for over 3 months now, we have not received any response to our messages. Despite sending multiple invoices, our commission has still not been paid.

The Head of Affiliates, Finance Department, and our account manager have all been completely unresponsive. At this point, we don’t even know who to contact anymore.

We've a lot of proofs.

We are dealing with a very similar situation with another program right now multiple invoices sent, no response from account manager, finance or management for months.

It's frustrating especially when the relationship was solid for years. @detibbe would be good to connect and see if we can help each other out. Feel free to reach out.

@Gatto I’m not aware of that. They are active on Telegram, but they don’t reply or even read our messages. @Yuliiafinance @affilatina and @alexxss0. The website also works.

Just an update alex said it will be cleared on priority and mariia said it will be cleared by monday but it is still stuck and still no official reply on email. Mariia stopped replying to messages also.
