Dear Affiliate Guard Dog Team,

I am requesting your assistance regarding unpaid affiliate commissions owed to us by Royal Ego Marketing LTD.

The issue began after the Japanese affiliate manager responsible for my account was dismissed. Initially, I was assured that payments would be made. At first, I was told the commissions would be settled via cryptocurrency, but this method was later withdrawn, and I was instructed to switch to another payment method. Unfortunately, before any payment was completed, the responsible manager was terminated, leaving the balance unpaid.

The outstanding balance currently amounts to USD $49,117, as shown in the attached invoice. This invoice covers multiple months across the OJO and LuckyNiki brands. Only January was partially paid; from February onwards, payments remain overdue.

I have already sent a formal Payment Reminder email directly to Royal Ego Marketing LTD, clearly stating that if no payment is received, I would proceed with filing a non-payment claim on Affiliate Guard Dog. Despite this, the overdue balance remains unsettled.

This is a significant amount, and continued non-payment is unacceptable. Our company places the utmost importance on trust and reputation within the affiliate community, and unresolved cases like this undermine both. I respectfully ask Affiliate Guard Dog to take appropriate action and publicly address this matter to help ensure resolution.

All relevant documentation (invoices, correspondence, etc.) can be provided upon request.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Sincerely,

Hello, we have received an official statement from the EGO Affiliates:

"EGO is not the Company for this payment or the threats the affiliate has been making for some time now . EGO’s role was only to facilitate payments from the partner that managed and ran the casino in Japan

The affiliate needs to try and contact the people he dealt with directly. If he does manage to find them, we would appreciate it if he lets us know."

It is my understanding that the platform company referred to here is likely Skill On Net.
However, please note that our affiliate agreement was not concluded with Skill On Net but directly with EGO, and all payments were also received from EGO.

Furthermore, at present, on the EGO Affiliates platform operated by EGO, Japanese IP addresses are being blocked and Japanese affiliate accounts are being suspended.
It is therefore evident that EGO itself is proactively refusing to make payments to the majority of affiliates in Japan.

If this claim were indeed correct, then we respectfully request that EGO make a public announcement to this effect on the official EGO website.

Dear Affiliate Guard Dog Team,

It has come to our attention that the platform company, SkillOnNet, has refused to execute payments.
However, our company has a formal, executed affiliate agreement with EGO (Royal Ego Marketing LTD), and historically all payments to us were made by EGO. Accordingly, EGO bears the contractual responsibility to secure and remit our commissions, including by pursuing payment from SkillOnNet where necessary.

Through the casino owner, we have also been informed that SkillOnNet is leading the non-payment. We will formally object to this and demand immediate settlement. In addition, we intend to raise this matter directly at forthcoming European industry conferences.

We are simply seeking what we are rightfully owed, and we will continue issuing invoices and pursuing collection until full payment is made.

Separately, with respect to the parties EGO has described as “unreachable,” please note that we remain in regular contact with the officers of Noriko Capital. They assert that they were unjustly terminated by EGO and SkillOnNet, and we hold supporting evidence. Inviting them alone will not resolve the issue; however, we can arrange for them to attend and testify if EGO or AGD deems it helpful.

Furthermore, based on information we have gathered, we have credible grounds to believe that widespread non-payment to numerous affiliates targeting the Japanese market has occurred. In our view, this is not an isolated dispute with our company but a systemic practice. Affected affiliates are now coordinating and considering legal action against SkillOnNet and EGO; we also plan to seek cooperation from Noriko Capital in these efforts.

If appropriate, we are prepared to open a separate AGD thread dedicated specifically to documenting unpaid affiliate cases in the Japanese market so that additional victims can come forward and the record can be consolidated.

We request that EGO publicly clarify its position on these matters on its official website and cooperate in resolving all outstanding balances without delay.

Sincerely,
