Rejected FTD for No reason!!!

We started the V.Partners Affiliateprogram 3 Weeks ago.

Weve agreed on a CPA on an aggregated Baseline.

We are Content Creator and start to advertise the Brand via our Socials.

Now all of our FTDs got rejected and they claim that we created "Multiaccounts" but that is not TRUE thats a LIE.

They didnt deliver any evidence for there false accusiaton because all FTD we're legit and they didnt had an Account there before we advertised the Brand to them.

We investigated the case from our side and requested detailed report from antifraud department about these leads` status. The reason is indeed not multi accounts as we first reported to the affiliate but motivated traffic and that is why they were declined. We have sent a fraud report and proofs to @GBR email and received a reply "Yes If you want you can send it to AGD".
So we share our conclusion: The deal with the affiliate was for Twitch traffic source (cpa+aggregated baseline). As a result, we see 5 leads who deposited required baseline as one deposit (not several) and then stopped playing at all, so they were active only one day. This shows that traffic was motivated to deposit necessary amount. In addition, all the players were registered from same operator Deutsche Telekom AG and same city Germany/Stuttgart, same device is detected iOS Mobile Safari iPhone.

All these factors impacted to the decision of antifraud department - motivated traffic / schemes. Thus, the leads were rejected.

That must be a joke v.Partners none of your Arguments is in our view an valid Argument to rejected the FTDs

Look here are our Points :

Yes we have many viewers from Stuttgart because we are from this Region.

And yes many people have an iPhone but considering that this is the most common phone in Germany I doubt this is a valid argument.

Also the Operator Deutsche Telekom is the biggest and most used Tellecomunication Operator in Germany.

And why the most not play anymore there because they have tried your Partner Brand and didnt like it for multiple reasons. ( Website , Brand Reputation , Limited Slot Provider , No appropriate Payments Options )

Also more Viewers didnt even Register there because of the Bad and suspicious Reputation of your Partners Brand.

One of our Viewer also played more than at least 1 day wagered successfully his starter bonus and the Brand are not willing to pay him out.

So we dont know how one of the Arguments that V.Partners made is an valid Argument to rejected the legitimate made FTDs

It's kinda funny. we sending traffic for over 12yrs to operators. never got one FTD rejected, not even a signup suspended ... so glad to ignored all the social, streaming, nonsense sources of traffic. Even a legit FTD from porn sites is worth more than anything like that!

these CPA complaints nearly always come from new members who have just started working with a brand, it never makes sense for a brand to reject good affiliates.

@Strider1973 I think we will got rejected too if we had choosen the RevShare instead of the CPA..

@Frank yeah maybe we are new member and start working with the Brand but does this legitimate to rejected the CPA's..?

All the deposit amounts are the same and made as one payment transaction. Despite the fact that minimal deposit on the product is 10 Euro, all users deposited 20 Euro which is equal to the agreed baseline. The fact that all users are from the same city is also strange because we promote our brand online and in this particular case, how does the affiliate set up target settings on Twitch so all the audience comes from the same city? So it means that all viewers of your channel are your acquaintances? This is strictly forbidden by terms and conditions of our and any other affiliate program. We have a strong suspicion that traffic is motivated and the affiliate knows all the players and just told them to deposit 20 Euro to get CPA.

We have been working with German market for more than 5 years already (including streaming and social traffic sources), so we have a rich baggage of knowledge and analytical data to confirm that at least one out of five players would log in and deposit one more time because the majority of German players is interested in good welcome bonus consisting of 4 deposits on this very brand. Regarding reputation, if you didn`t like it from the very beginning why then did you start promoting in your opinion “non reliable for players'' brand?

All users played on one slot, nobody even tried to test different ones and it means that they were asked to play anything to show their activity. Besides, some players even have balance left on their accounts but they never logged in again and it doesn`t seem like real people. Regarding Limited Slot Provider - we have 3400 slots, is that limited? How many of them should it be then? Is this the reason why users played only one slot?

No appropriate Payments Options - what payment methods do we need to add? If we dont have them, how did the users deposit? Regarding the player who wasnt get paid by the casino - did he contact support? Did he pass KYC to withdraw money? We don`t see any documents from this player and without KYC no licensed casino will withdraw the money.

We always pay for quality traffic and always try to meet our good partners halfway even if we lose money from our side. We believe that it should be a win-win cooperation but in this case the affiliate wants to deceive us and forces us to pay for low-quality traffic so we cannot make concessions. This contradicts the rules and principles of our work.
