We are having the Same Issue with BC Game.
Been 4 months chasing down a payment and enough is enough. We will be reporting them to the relevant authortise, online forums and affiliate system they are working with.
We already put out notifcations on our website for all users to avoid and ranked them down to 1 star (the only casino with 1 star rating) - until we get this sorted.
