Furthermore, the Affiliate may not register any domain name similar to any domain name used or registered by Redbet.

If the affiliate do not adhere to this obligation Redbet shall have the right to terminate the agreement immediately, close the affiliates accounts and withhold any earned but unpaid commissions. </div><br /><div style="background-color:#9F9; margin-bottom:10px;border: solid #333 2px;"><div style="background-color:#0F0; font-weight:bold; "><span style="font-size:18;">Dated:2010-06-08 - Termination</span></div><h3>9. Termination</h3>

<p>9.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving five (5) days prior written notice to the other party. </p>

<p>9.2 Each party has the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the other party is in material breach of this Agreement. </p>

<p>9.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights and licences given to the Affiliate under this Agreement will terminate immediately. The Affiliate must remove all references to the Service from the Affiliate’s website. The affiliate shall immediately return to Redbet any and all materials which Redbet has proprietary right in that are in Affiliate’s possession. </p>

<p>9.4 Upon termination of this Agreement without any fault or breach on the part of the Affiliate, the Affiliate shall have the right to continue to receive a commission as stated in Section 7 with respect to New Customers who continue to utilize the Service during six (6) months after the effective date of termination</p>

Hmm,

Im just off a lengthy holiday in beautiful Tuscany (oh the life of an affiliate). Usually you highlight the nasty stuff so we dont have to actually read the whole thing. Is it point 9 that has gotten the lights flashing or is there something else i am not seeing.

We actually do quite good with these guys, and would hate to drop them. Perhaps we can shake some sense into them...

Not sure what happened. It pasted without HTML. Check the red section. The reason we flag this one is because they *could* terminate based upon the item... and this is like a minimum activity rule in the event they terminate and account.
