Hi All,
Hoping for some help regarding a long standing issue that we have been unable to get any resolution on!
First let me start by saying we are an extremely small operation. When partnering with any affiliate this is always brought to their attention. We are very upfront that you are not going to get a ton of FTD's from us but the players we do send tend to be more on the high roller side.
Back in the fall of 2024 one of our players had a large loss resulting in 48,867.52 commission. That same cycle they changed our deal from 45% to 15% without notice.
We went around and around with them to no avail, they of course citing FTD requirements (which had never been enforced previously). We realized there was not much we could do about this as we did not have in writing any exclusions from that clause. Shady and unethical for sure but terms were clearly stated.
They have refused to pay our 15% commission and have been ghosting all inquiries now for almost a year. Silly me, thought we could resolve this without having to air all the dirty laundry but obviously here I am so that plan of action for sure did not work out.
They owe us 16,289.18 (the lowered 15% commission value) and refuse to respond in any way shape or forum.
We could really use some help here!
