Hello community and AGD moderators,

I am opening this public dispute against NetoPartners regarding a withheld balance of €780 on my affiliate account 'castrofm'.

The Issue: NetoPartners is refusing to release my payout, claiming that certain KPIs were not met. However, before driving any traffic, I had a clear and explicit agreement with their manager, Robin, who agreed to a 'No KPIs' deal for this campaign.

The Escalation: I have full screenshot proof of Robin confirming the 'No KPIs' agreement. I have tried to resolve this privately by contacting both Robin and Assaf (Director ) via Telegram and Email, giving them a reasonable deadline to fix this issue, especially considering they are currently attending iGB Live. Unfortunately, my final deadline of 16:00 today has passed and my messages have been completely ignored. The balance remains locked in my dashboard.

What I request: I am asking the AGD administration and moderators to intervene. I am ready to provide all chat logs and screenshots to the forum staff to prove my case. NetoPartners cannot retroactively change agreed terms to avoid paying affiliates.

Thank you for your support.

Hello everyone,

My name is Yana, and I am the Affiliate Team Lead at NetoPartners.

I'd like to clarify that this matter has already been discussed directly with the affiliate several times.

After reviewing the traffic sent to us, our Risk department concluded that it was incentivized traffic, which was never disclosed or agreed upon in advance.
It is true that the commercial agreement included no KPIs. However, a no-KPI deal does not mean that we agree to pay for traffic that falls outside the scope of what was agreed.

We are happy to share the supporting evidence with the Affiliate Guard Dog team, should they wish to review the case.

Looking at the affiliate's other complaints on the Affiliate Guard Dog forum, it appears that similar traffic has also been rejected by other operators. While we cannot comment on those individual cases, it does suggest that this is not an isolated disagreement specific to NetoPartners.

We believe our decision is fair and based on the facts of this case. Unless the Affiliate Guard Dog team requires any additional information from us, we consider our position clear and have nothing further to add.

I am writing to respond to the statement provided by NetoPartners.

Lack of Contractual Basis: NetoPartners explicitly admits that my commercial agreement did not include any KPIs. By doing so, they acknowledge that I have fulfilled all the agreed-upon terms. They cannot unilaterally impose 'incentivized traffic' definitions after the fact to justify withholding commissions for traffic that met all contractually defined requirements.

Demand for Evidence: Their claim of 'incentivized traffic' is a subjective assertion, not a proven fact. If NetoPartners has concrete evidence of such activity, I demand they present it here, publicly. Vague references to an internal 'Risk Department' decision are not sufficient proof to breach a contract. I challenge them to share the specific data points that led to this conclusion.

Reputation and Transparency: Their attempt to deflect this issue by referencing other operators is unprofessional and irrelevant to our specific partnership. It is an attempt to discredit my work without providing any evidence regarding the current dispute.

I stand by my record and request that the AGD team holds NetoPartners accountable for providing actual proof of their claims, rather than allowing them to use internal 'risk' policies as a tool to avoid paying earned commissions.

@Alkis
Alkis, I appreciate your interest, but I suggest you focus on the facts of this specific case rather than speculating on my history. Every affiliate agreement is unique, with its own specific terms and conditions. My history with other programs—where different terms and KPIs applied—is entirely irrelevant to the current dispute with NetoPartners.

Right now, the issue is that NetoPartners is attempting to apply retroactive standards to an agreement that explicitly lacks KPIs. I am here to resolve this specific breach, not to discuss other partnerships. Let's keep the focus on the matter at hand: the lack of contractual basis for this payment refusal.
