i would like to know if you have the same problem like us about statistics in all the brands (in 7red, casinonoir and pariscasino) ? Since 1 month and half now, the problem is not resolve, they said "we take care of it"... Do you have the same problem like us ? Thank you

No one answer i am not surprise... Still no paiement (have to be the 15th), wrong organisation, 20% of fee charge and extra charge in deposit (joke), pretend to give you 50% rev share it s 40% for real, statististics fuck up since almost 2 months.

Hello,

All payments for all brands had been processed, we are trying to pay every month before the 15th (which was a Sunday) so sorry for the delay, we'll do our best to go even faster.

On stats, we always provide support / manual exports on requests and are working with transparency , bugs happens and our IT team is always working to correct.

Our 20% fees on deposits is totally justified and clearly displayed on affiliate back end, we have costs on our side as well that we deduct it before the 50% RS deal. Mainly because we have one of the best bonus / VIP scheme for casino players with 0 wagering requirement on all bonuses + a % of boost on all deposits when players are reaching VIP levels. This high generosity to players has obviously a cost so our deal seems pretty fair if you consider the high value of your players.
