21.com and Justspin have bad terms for players - 100€ minimum withdrawal and they take 10€ withdrawal fee...
Such a shame, as they were converting well but no we are getting a bunch of angry messages from the players.

I would like to let you know that the minimum withdrawal is now €50 and the withdrawal fee is €3.

Previously we had decided to test some changes in regards to the fees, but the feedback was clear from both affiliates and players which is why we quickly reverted back to a lower fee structure.

We care about feedback from our affiliates and players and will always try to act with their interests in mind.

Thanks for getting back. This change was implemented on the same day when we raised an issue with our affiliate manager. Really impressed how quickly you guys could implement the change.
Is the 3€ withdrawal fee flat or is it based on the amount that is being withdrawn?

Thank you for your feedback once again. We pride ourselves on being able to adapt quickly to situations that may arise such as this, and although we know it's not easy to please everyone we will always try our best.

I can confirm that the withdrawal fee is flat, so all players are charged the same no matter the amount.
