Hello AGD community,

Today we present you the real revenue share audit report for 21.com Partners. They are one of our platinum affiliate programs and they have 1 casino brand - 21.com.

Affiliate reporting Platform: Income Access

We deposited EUR 25 via Skrill and took the welcome bonus (200FS on Book of Dead with the bonus code "TIME").

We started playing with the free spins:

And continue playing with the real money:

In the end, we lost all the funds and checked the statistics:

The 21.com Partners stated here that the calculation is made as follows:

Net Gaming Revenue Calculation Formula: Bets - Wins - Bonus Cost - Jackpot Contribution - Chargebacks - 25% Admin Fee

So for example:

€200 GGR - €100 bonus = €100 NGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) = €75 x 50% (revshare) = €37.5

As stated above, the Net Gaming Revenue amount should be calculated like this: GGR - Bonus amount = EUR 34.69 - EUR 21.25 = EUR 13.44, which is true.

Our earnings should be 40% of the Net Gaming Revenue amount, which is also true: 13.44 x 0.40 = EUR 5.38.

Therefore, we could agree that this affiliate program has been transparent regarding how their calculations are made.

However, if we include our standard AGD audit calculations, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is EUR 13.44 / EUR 25 = 53.76% which is not a very good result.

In order to see how the advertised revenue share rate differs from the real one just multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (53.76%), eg:
  • 25% = 13.44 %
  • 30% = 16.13 %
  • 35% = 18.82 %
  • 40% = 21.50 %
  • 45% = 24.19 %

@Karl W. - would you please use our audit figures and show us exactly how the commission is earned using your same example you have supplied on the affiliate website. Because if I try to use our figures in the same way as this calculation below it doesn't seem right.
Example: €200 GGR - €100 bonus = €100 NGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) = €75 x 50% (revshare) = €37.5

Hello,

We changed the calculation the 1st of April. The admin fee is now calculated of the GGR, not NGR. It is reflected in our T&C. This was done as to be more clear and it was requested by some of our current partners.

At the end of the month we will compare the commission of the new structure with the old structure and increase the revenue share deal of our affiliates to compensate the discrepancy.

We made an overall evaluation that it should not impact too many affiliates in a significant manner, primarily based on the fact that our global bonus cost is well below 10% of the deposits, eg;

Example on GGR: €110 GGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) - €10 Bonus = €72.5 x 50% (revshare) = €36.25

Example on NGR: €110 GGR - €10 bonus = €100 NGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) = €75 x 50% (revshare) = €37.5

We have now also been instructed by Income Access on how you as an affiliate clearly are informed when changes have been made in our T&Cs. From now on when changes are made in our T&Cs you will get notified when you log in to our platform.

If anyone wants to discuss the deal even before months end please let us know.

Kind regards,

Hi.

As per previous post, this is now how our calculation works:

Example on GGR: €110 GGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) - €10 Bonus = €72.5 x 50% (revshare) = €36.25

Hope that helps.

so if we took our figures from the audit test, it would be like this?

34.69 GGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) - €21.25 bonus = €4.76 x 50% (revshare) = €2.38
