Thanks for your interest in 21.com and your very valid questions.

The calculation is made as follows:

Net Gaming Revenue Calculation Formula: Bets - Wins - Bonus Cost - Jackpot Contribution - Chargebacks - 25% Admin Fee

So for example:

€200 GGR - €100 bonus = €100 NGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) = €75 x 50% (revshare) = €37.5
