PlayAmo does not pay commission - UNRESOLVED

Greetings to all forum members!
We worked on CPA-model, got a test cap of 20 FD + 10-15 FD promised to pay in case of overflow.
Total attracted 34 players.
At the moment we have received payments at full rate to 11 players and 23 players are paid at a reduced rate (50% lower than discussed before the launch). PlayAmo refer to the fact that they did not like the quality of traffic and it does not meet the KPI, but KPI at the time of launch was not discussed, and tests are always paid.
Please advise how this problem can be solved

Playamo is crap and just like @Jops said, their probably shafting/shaving affiliates sideways.

It's just a strange situation, after looking at the reconciliations it seems like there was a problem with the casino site (domain down, regulator blocking, players didn't get the promised bonus and left)
I had a call with my affiliate manager and PlayAmo analyst/financier and they assured me that everything was fine with the casino. I find this hard to believe as on the dates I sent traffic to PlayAmo, I was also selling traffic to another advertiser who said anything about the traffic being low quality

I sent 100+ ftd to Playamo in August and have seen no problems. Everything has been paid out except for 1-2% ftd that were cut off due to inactivity.

But I don't do that because I risk increasing my loss even more. Although I would really like to get this money back, because at the moment I have only losses from working with this advertiser.

Saw your thread on this advertiser, so did they end up not paying you or was there a withdrawal?

If you work directly, you get paid 3 times a month on normal volume. If everyone paid like that, everything would be easier)))

It may have something to do with your affiliate manager, but I was getting paid once a month and had to wait 2.5 months for my first payment.
However, I have several acquaintances who had problems when working with this advertiser

The Support at Playamo is one of the worst ive ever had. I tried to Contact Playamo recently with Livechat. I tried it in over 5 Hours with several restarts and so on...

This is not true, in personal messages I have provided you with information about the amounts they owe us. I can back it up with screenshots from my personal account of the affiliate program and screenshots from the chat which show the amounts that were paid.
Did they provide you with proof of payments?
