unfortunatley nothing positive to report. No further money and I have been told now that others will be paid first now as I have recieved an amount. An amount?
AM wont even confirm the amount they intend to pay....well intend might not be the correct word. Who knows with them now. Utterly dissapointed as I have given them so many oppurtunites, for months and months now, to do the correct thing.

So one year on....and not a penny more from this lot or any contact now. Has anyone else subsequently had any luck? I am owed £1500 from them still

Thank you. I have lost all contact with them now. Seems like it would be good for them in a business sense to do the right thing and at least try and salvage their reputation or what's left of it now moving forwards.
Does anyone know if I can take further action now against the company? It isn't even just about the money now but I don't think they should still be operating if they are doing things like this to propel on a habitual basis?

We received an update from the affiliate representatives. Namely, they said they are/were in contact with all affiliates with pending commissions. The payment delay is caused due to the bank used by the merchant had blocked all accounts and therefore all account holders are facing this issue. They were releasing funds in phases after a long process and therefore the merchant was making payments as and when funds were released.
Part of your commission has been paid and the remaining amount (shown on your affiliate account) will also be paid out (once the funds are available).
They apologize for the delay in the payments and all the inconvenience caused.

That's a beautiful reply from them. However they are not in contact with me. They have not replied to me and it is interesting that they say they will pay the amount remaining on my affiliate dashboard as that has changed now to an amount where by they owe me no money despite me having an email clearly agreeing with what they owe me. I will be amazed if I get any payment from them now and it is shameful on their part to give you the same excuses and nonsense they've strung me along with for a year before cutting contact. How does it take 14months to rectify a problem like this?? Thank you so Mich for chasing them but please don't be fooled by their lovely and innocent reply. Their reputation is in tatters unless they can prove me wrong by paying. Which they won't.

I certainly will but they haven't contacted me still in regards to this. Nor have they confirmed the amount as the AM started to become completely ambiguous about it....
I will be the very first person to come back on here and apologise and be happy to say that they've paid me the full amount but I am afraid, in my opinion, you have just been given the same brush off/stalling talk that I got for the first 6 months.
