Padrino partners shut down? Stuck situation

Hi all, they allegedly shut down the whole thing and deleted nfs as you guys probably noticed already, i have pending balance on padrino and cant get it out.. my manager left the company but i did not get a new one, no reply from any of their contact forms either, so i am stuck. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Might need some help with this mess.
