Over a year no response to email

I have commissions sitting in my wallet, but I need to update my bitcoin address. My first email to the support at 7BitPartners over a year ago, I have searched the Internet to try to find who to contact because my listed affiliate manager didn’t respond to my email nor did general support. I found several emails for different people affiliated with the program, sent them all emails over a week ago no response. I just sent Andy a telegram thanks to finding this site and I had sent Ana a telegram after searching telegram for anyone associated with the program. She’s very active on Telegram but it took her several days to look at my message and she never responded. I have over $400 sitting in bitcoin I’m glad it’s appreciating but I’m facing eviction. I really need it.
