NEED A BETTER REASON FOR TERMINATION ADDED AND STATE FINAL EARNINGS WILL BE WITHIN 90 DAYS

Hi! We’ve reviewed your requests and updated the document accordingly. You can find all these points clearly reflected in the revised Terms and Conditions:

• Payment Date:
  Explicitly set to on or before the 20th of each following calendar month (under Commission and Payment).
  
  
• CPA Scale & Rules:
  Outlined as governed directly by each campaign's Insertion Order (IO) to allow for custom rates and specific rules per offer (under Definitions & Campaign Models).
  
  
• Admin Fees & Deductions:
  Accounted for under Commission and Payment, with specific provider/gateway fees specified per IO.
  
  
• Email Notifications:
  The AP Provider shall notify the Affiliate via email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of any revised Terms
  
  
• Termination Reasons & 90-Day Final Payout:
  Expanded to cover clearer termination triggers (inactivity, KYC, unapproved sources) and explicitly stated that all legitimate final earnings will be paid out within 90 days (under Term and Termination).
