As explained via email multiple times, our official payment date is the 15th of the month. We always aim to pay our affiliates as early as possible each month. So more often than not, payment is sent earlier. However our official payment date is the 15th, which is 1 week away from now. So to be clear, your payment is not late.

You email us every month immediately after the month changes asking for payment, and continue to do so until you get paid. We have done everything we can for many months to help you. Always paying you as early as we can. This month some changes were made to our system, preventing us from making payments as early as we normally do. In this time you have sent dozens of emails, ignoring our initial responses explaining the situation. Instead you have started leaving negative reviews about the casinos and the affiliate program.

We welcome constructive reviews, feedback, and criticism, however leaving negative reviews about casinos within the program, and the affiliate program itself for no reason whatsoever as a form of blackmail or harassment to get your payment paid earlier is unacceptable, and goes against the terms of our affiliate agreement.

This is exactly the curse. If you say payment will be made at 15th ... make it, nail it. The 15th ... not 14, not 16.

If you did it just one or two times early, people will take it for granted and u are fucked. And they come and pull you through forums and blame you what ever they want just because eu have paid them one time before due date.

And just to close the case for me - have a look at the monthly "GPWA payment thread". People recognize you already to become exactly a late payer because you paid usual early but switched that behavior just back to your stated procedures .

Can you clarify what you told me by email that you are having backend issues with your payment system? Or has that been fixed now? I noticed you left that part out of your response.

I will edit the review I left for now, once paid then i will as you say leave a constructive review.

I’ve updated my Trustpilot review as I realized I hadn’t mentioned an important point. The reason I’ve sent multiple emails is simply because I’ve received very few responses from your team. I also explained that I urgently needed my commission due to a recent security incident where my account was hacked and $10,000 was stolen, leaving me in a difficult financial situation.

While I appreciate your quick replies here, I find it frustrating that my follow-up emails go unanswered. I had asked several questions after you mentioned the 15th as your stated payment date, even though payments have not actually been made on that day. A simple reply to those follow-up questions could have avoided this misunderstanding and my negative review.

After reviewing my payment history over the past four years, I noticed that commissions have consistently been paid between the 1st and 4th of each month for my account.

Your website also use to say payments would be made on the 1st so not sure when that all changed or why.

Might be a good idea NOT to say you have started affiliate payments in your original post when in fact you haven't.

I have just sent you one last email requesting payment of what you owe me, and a request to close my account with you. Not until you have paid what is owed first.

I wont be intimidated or threatened to lose my account just because I am making a complaint. So just close it once you have paid me. Plenty of other brands out there that don't try to intimidate.
