Not yet Paid December 2020 Payment - RESOLVED

Hi all,
Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with receiving payment from Casiplay?

They are giving me the run around that a Bpay Biller code (which I believe is Australian only and has got nothing to do with a bank transfer) was needed.

I had to explain at length that this shouldn't be needed for a bank transfer and the affiliate manager replies "please just provide, it's what the finance department has asked for".

Anyways, we've now moved forward with a "revised" invoice provided and again waiting for the "finance" department to process.

yes, I have.. everything is on the invoice

Hi @MissExposé I have finally received payment! Although a little annoying is that the Jan commission amount was isn't included in the payment. It's not big dollars, I get that, and also the original payment is up to Dec 20. But geez, if there is a significantly delay like over 6 weeks, surely they could have included the small January 21 commission payment as well.

Anyways, I consider the issue closed. Thank you very much for your help MissExpose!
