Our March traffic was fully delivered, reviewed, and reconciled by the affiliate team. No KPI deal was agreed — the traffic was accepted under the initial terms and the reconciliation was approved by their side.
According to their regular payment schedule, payment should have been completed by mid-April. Instead, starting from April 20, we had to continuously chase the team for updates for days and weeks with almost no communication at all.
The timeline looked like this:
At that point the conversation completely changed from “payment delay” to vague accusations like:
We always prefer solving issues privately, but after weeks of delays, ignored messages, lack of transparency, and retroactive traffic accusations, we believe other affiliates should be aware of this experience before deciding to work with this program.
If the Vegaz / Moonshine team would like to resolve the situation professionally, we are still open to constructive communication and payment closure according to the approved reconciliation.

The timeline looked like this:
- multiple messages ignored for days;
- managers unavailable or “just back from vacation”;
- being redirected from one manager to another;
- promises like “I’ll check and get back today” with no follow-up;
- zero transparency regarding actual payment timing.
At that point the conversation completely changed from “payment delay” to vague accusations like:
- “traffic looks questionable”
- “not organic”
- “we need a call to explain”
while no actual fraud proof or prior concerns had ever been raised during the traffic run or reconciliation stage.
- the campaigns were never stopped during the process;
- there were repeated deposits visible on players;
- the deal itself was NO KPI;
- reconciliation had already been finalized and approved;
- concerns about traffic only appeared after the payment became overdue.
