Not following the deal agreements, not paying - UNRESOLVED

We've faced some issues with Allset Partners and their brand Fresh Bar while testing the offer on CPA basis. Agreeing on no KPI deal for the test cap we've send the traffic to them. A couple of our sources were approved, but one of them weren't due to no meeting the KPI criteria. Yet again, the deal was set to non KPI one in terms of test cap. Unfortunately the managers insist on a reduce of commission and then stopped responding at all.
At the moment we cannot recommend working with Allset Partners, especially on CPA basis and we're waiting for the full payment from them.

Hi @ticksauce, please note that we've got the feedback from the Allset Partner's representative and that they do not have Fresh Bar as they brand, which you can confirm on their website.

Hello everyone! Here is a little update on the matter:
@MissExposé shared a contact with us, that we've been in touch with before, the contact ended up ignoring us, and it happened this time too. They offered to adjust the commission to the numbers of 80% OAS, which is not a case solver since we had a no-KPI deal. As for now we still haven't received an answer with any info so we still cannot advise to join AllSet Partners and work with them on CPA basis since they're not following the deal agreements.
