I'm suprised that 7starspartners support or relevant managers don't have time to answer on e-mail or messenger.

Sent invoice on 14/05/21 and normally you get an answer that it was forwarded to finance dep.

You will get only confirmation from an automatic mail that the request is received.

The last reply was from 12/04/21 regarding march invoice.

Maybe Helen is able to check what the matter is if she is still working there.

I have only one on Skype (Illian K.) but i'm not sure whether he's still working with 7Stars because e-mail bounced back.

The other one is Maxim R. and he has answered from support mail in April.

How i said no reaction and it seems none is currently working at support.

I can report that i have now a very nice contact and they will take care about.

Thanks to all who has maybe influenced and to Miss Expose who forwarded it to the representative.

@ Miss Expose - Ally.S wanted to contact you regarding their new terms implemented in March but i guess you must change or update her account.
