No Payments and Monster Fees on RS

    Hi, a month already I cant get my earnings, Lars and Egor answer via skype promised to fix it a week ago but no news again, I get stupid answers via email, and when I reply again no answer, they say via skype that that got many managers and it can be anyone, they act like they got 1000 managers, they took me as stupid looks like...

    DO NOT PROMOTE THIS CASINO, they got huge fees...

    I see that a player deposited 200USD but the NGR is 130USD, from that 130USD I got only 70USD, count the fees yourself...

    I see that its set to 60% RS NNCO, which I got from them after long fight/chat months ago...

    I did check the stats of other months, for example in May, there was 300USD deposit, but NGR is 195, its clear that they cut/steal money from GGR...

    Maybe they have admin fees?

    This is something a lot of brands have. They will deduct fees of the gross win, and then you will get your cut from the remaining " net profit"

    Hi, I know how things work as I do business for more than 10 years in this area, fees can be ok if it's not too much, AGD has a section exactly about that, to find out the amount of the fees of each brand, so, slotwolf they got fees and it's too much, and another more important thing is that I cant get my earnings...
