No Payment, slow answers

Hi there,

just want to share my experience so far with VBET.

- Requested a payment on 3rd Jan 2021
- Answer on 25th Jan that payment to Skrill got rejected
- Alternative payment method: Neteller
- Ask again for payment on 29th Jan
- Answer on 2nd Feb: Waiting for "finance team"
- Answer on 11th Feb: Neteller payment also failed
- Alternative payment method: Ecopayz (or BTC, but no option from my side atm)
- 23rd Feb: Asking for updates: No answer
- 3rd Mar: Asking for updates: No answer
- Answer on 4th Mar: No updates from "finance team"
- Today, 10th Mar: Still no answer, trying to contact via skype.. not accepted so far

It's only (or better fortunately) some coins.. but communication and payment process is/seems horrible so far.

logical that if Skrill rejected that also Neteller fails.

Which backend VBet use ?

So guys, i would suggest you to use the following contacts, because i would be cheeky enough to do in hope they will forward and ask responsible persons why they don't answer or pay.

It's surely not a guarantee but it's worth to try.

Got an answer today from the AM Hov via Skype today. They will pay "now" via Ecopayz... Let's see.

I want to inform you that we recently had some issues regarding our payment providers and due that both payment attempts of your request failed. We are trying to resolve those issues and find alternative ways of making the payments to our partners. That's why I suggested using BTC transfer option, which wasn't convenient to you at the moment.

Regarding the late updates, I totally understand your frustration as I was not able to come up with constant updates regarding your case. The thing is our finance dep were expecting to get the issue resolved on a daily basis to make the payment and give some positive updates however the issue still persists.

Now are finance team is trying to make the payment via EcoPayz, I have your contacts and I will keep you updated on the process. Adding my and my manager's Skype accounts, if you have any questions or you need further updates on this or other matter, you can contact us any time.
