So many people on AGD and many other Forums constantly moan about good and bad programs etc.

1 stand up program is late with payments and people jump on there heads stating they have a lack of cash or what so ever. Its amazing how the bull dogs jump in head first.

Business is business and problems do pop up. They were late and explained exactly why they were late. They did not lie and did not pull the wool other anybodies eyes. Sometimes things just go wrong which the operator has no control over, get with it..

Yes you are right we dont have funds available right now to pay affiliates for September. Its already 20 days delayed and counting.

I will update you here and via newsletter when we will pay.

Big shame and I know there is no excuse.

HI Bitti,

For reasons I cannot elaborate on the company was undergoing a restructure and funds where frozen.
Even dough we have been late with payment's we have always made sure to pay our affiliates.

I can assure you that everything is in order and the late payments were due to as explained previously.

The thread in question is for an under limit payment and as a goodwill we went ahead and paid the affiliate anyway.

Let us all look forward and move on.

Does anyone know if Ellmount Gaming pays commission automatically or if they recent started requiring invoices? I just noticed I might have not been paid my commission in quite some. To be fair, I need to double check this with Ellmount before I point finger. Waiting for the manager to respond on Skype.

Ok, I sent a message on Skype to Hasse this morning but he has not yet replied. Also mailed the program directly. Always a bit annoying having to chase a program like this when there are others that will reply within minutes.

All affiliates are advised per our T&C to send an invoice before the 15th of the month.

We haven't ignored anyone on purpose and we will get back to all our partners.
It might take a few days from time to time but I keep close relationships with all my partners.


Please all accept my sincere apologies if you had to wait for an answer.

It took some time to resolve but trust I will get paid now. Somehow I must have missed out on the information regarding the invoices and as a consequence was not paid.

Edit: I feel I was a bit unfair in my critisism here. Understandably, Hasse was a bit busy due to the London conference and I happened to catch him at a bad timing. I have received outstanding service and everything has been solved swiftly and conveniently. I have also made the decision to stay with the program. Thank you!

Hi,

My apaoligise for the late reply. I am out of office on private and matter.

I know this not an ideal situation. If I could have avoided the situation I would have more then anything else. It’s just that a lot of things came in one go.

- wire card stopped accepting all gambling transactions which meant we where not allowed to send payments to partners anymore.

-at the same time we moved to MGA from curaçao and MGA came up with a tone of new rules for new payment processor as well as a lot of new regulations for the whole company.


All this just put us behind on everything. We had to find a new processor that’s approved by MGA and has its operations within Europe. Next step was to get us approved with the processor as a company. I am sure everyone knows the hassel. All this has been delth with during the last few months. We are seriously working around the clock to solve these issues to get back on track.


We are a small in house company all this puts pressures on the avilible resources and we are doing our best to solve this issues.


My apologies for the delay and I am doing all I can even thought I am away from the office to have this solved ASAP.

There is no reason to worry you have my word!
