No Payment For 2 Months Now - RESOLVED

We still waiting for September payment from 7stars.
The NetRefer platform saying the amount is "paid" but we see no money in our bank account.
When asking what's going on we get responses like: we will look into this, don't worry etc.
Anyone got paid over the last 2 months from them?
