We have some issues with Top Affiliates.. first of all, our AM has become unresponsive. We have sent plenty of emails, skype messages... Secondly, commission payment is now overdue...

Is there any help here?

Hello @pascal, please note that affiliate programs receive a certain AGD status based upon their terms and conditions. Top Affiliates is considered certified because their terms are friendly for affiliates.
If a program receives complaints, we conduct a thorough investigation to assess whether any adjustments to its status are warranted. We will review the concerns raised in this thread and determine if any changes are necessary.
